Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active toto20 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. toto20 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your toto20 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. toto20 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Verification may require the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification checks may be suspended pending investigation.

All financial transactions on toto20 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). toto20 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the discretion of toto20.

• Deposits: Funds deposited to your toto20 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. toto20 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Player's own payment account.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) in connection with deposits or withdrawals. toto20 does not charge its own transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, but this may be subject to change with prior notice.

toto20 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated systems, or hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonus cancelled and their account investigated for Prohibited Conduct.
• toto20 reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion or to cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All sports bets placed on toto20 — including cricket (BPL, T20 internationals, IPL, and other tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. toto20 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• toto20 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• In-play betting odds are subject to change in real time. It is the Player's responsibility to confirm the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. toto20 is not liable for odds movements between a Player initiating and the system confirming a bet.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and market type, as published on the toto20 platform.

• Any bet placed by a Player with knowledge of inside information, or in collusion with any party involved in the relevant event, is void and constitutes Prohibited Conduct.

toto20 offers a range of casino games including live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar) and slot games provided by third-party game studios. The following rules apply to all casino game activity on the toto20 platform:

• Casino games are provided by independent third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, toto20 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

toto20's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000 — whichever is lower.

toto20 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering for a toto20 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. toto20 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

toto20 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
